Reserve a City Park
To reserve Roy Park or the Tennis Park, please complete the online reservation form below. After submitting your request, call Duchesne City at (435) 738-2464 to make your reservation payment. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received.
If you prefer, you may download and print the PDF application below. Complete the form and return it to the Duchesne City Office with a check made payable to "Duchesne City." Reservations must be submitted at least one week before your event and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
