Front, side and rear yard dimensions shall be determined by measuring the distance from the front, side or rear property line to the foundation of the nearest wall of the building, whichever is the least distance. Eaves, minor unenclosed porches, belt courses, cornices, and other minor extensions of a building (up to 4 feet) shall not be considered. (Ord. 93-3, 9-1-1993)
